Risky content in a digital world

There is a business in my town, that is causing a ruckus. It's a well-known place that seems to be on the wrong side of the fence when it comes to customer service.


While some of the supporters of this business claim that "any publicity is good publicity", I feel they have the concept wrong.


In the old days before digital reviews, that approach might have worked but today?


They have stepped into a dark place that they will probably never get out of. Sadly for this business, many of their supporters are not local and won't be supporting them financially, while they continue to anger local customers.


Lesson learned?
